It was formed in 1993 to adhere to the policy of eniebriation and entertainment as one. Throughout time, this conglomerate has perservered through adversity and turmoil to become the committee it is today. A solid rock which forms the foundation of all that is glorious, right, and just... Ehhhh what? Nah...we're just a bunch of guys looking to get drunk, play games, and get some ass.
